I've chosen the theme for this month and will be kicking things off this coming Sunday. I believe this month's theme may be the most informative yet--I'm very anxious to start!

In the meantime, Turner Classic Movies has released their schedule for the month of January. They will be showing quite a few films featuring People of Color (although they are on at the oddest hours--in EST anyway).
For the first two weeks of January, TCM will be showing:

Starring Kinuyo Tanaka, Tsukie Matsuura, IchirĂ´ Sugai, and ToshirĂ´ Mifune.
A Soldier's Story (1984)
Starring Howard E. Rollings, Jr., Adolph Caesar, and Art Evans.
Ocean's Eleven (1960)
Starring Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis, Jr.
and
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963)
Stars some of Hollywood's most legendary entertainers--including Eddie "Rochester" Anderson.
Of course, TCM will also be showing other great Classic Movies as always! Here is the full schedule for the month of January.
