The beloved sweetheart of an animation known as Ms. Betty Boop made her debut today in 1930 in a Max Fleischer Talkartoons animation titled Dizzy Dishes.
Betty Boop was the girlfriend of Fleischer's character "Bimbo"--a dog, therefore making Betty Boop originally a dog herself.
